Refund Policy

Water storage is an important element in keeping water drinkable. It is difficult to establish the conditions in which water is stored by the customer, therefore no refund or exchange is permitted. However, in case of B2B sales, the buyer has right to reject the goods during QC process at the time of receipt of goods in their premises. Any complaint at a later stage will not be entertained.
